Collecting your Tickets
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive an eight character National Rail ticket collection reference and a Eurostar ticket collection reference.
Your UK rail tickets will need to be collected from a UK railway station with ticket collection facilities using the National Rail ticket collection reference and the card you paid with.
Your Eurostar tickets need to be collected from the Eurostar terminal 45 minutes before your departure time. In order to collect your Eurostar tickets, you will need to show your passport.
