Special delivery is Raileasy's preferred postal option when TOD ticket collection is not possible. Special delivery has the advantage over first class post because it guarantees the safe arrival of your Raileasy tickets. Special delivery is:
- Guranteed before 1pm the next day
- Covers 99% of the UK click here for details on post code coverage
- Trackable online
- Covered for up to £500.00
- Available 6 days a week
Special delivery cannot be guaranteed for the following reasons:
- Royal Mail were unable to deliver because no one was there to sign
- The delivery address is located in the area where special delivery is not guaranteed
- The delivery was re-directed
